Life transitions
A new career, a move, a breakup, becoming a parent, an empty nest. Even changes you chose can leave you unsure who you are now.
Grief and loss
The loss of a person, a relationship, a role, or a future you expected. Grief doesn't follow a schedule, and there's room for it here.
Uncertainty
When the path ahead is unclear and your mind won't settle. We work on tolerating not knowing while you make decisions that fit your values.
About Farrah
I've spent 17 years working in the mental health sector, and I bring empathy, compassion, and evidence-based practice to every session.
You're not a case file to me. I listen closely, move at your pace, and help you find what's next, whether that's making a decision, getting through a loss, or simply feeling less alone with it.
17 years of experience
Seasoned, steady support for a wide range of life challenges.
Empathy and compassion
A warm, nonjudgmental space where you can say what's really going on.
Evidence-based practice
Approaches backed by research, tailored to you rather than applied by the book.
Therapy from home
Secure video sessions mean no commute, and you can meet from wherever you feel comfortable.
What working together looks like
Sessions are unhurried and collaborative. We start with what brought you in and what you most want to change, then build a plan that fits your life.
I draw on evidence-based approaches and adjust them to you. Some sessions are for talking things through. Others include practical tools you can use between visits.

Common questions
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
The free call is a chance to talk about what you're facing and ask questions. There's no pressure to book afterward.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. There are limited legal exceptions, such as risk of serious harm, and I explain them at the start.
How many sessions will I need?
It varies. Some people come for a few sessions during a specific change. Others prefer ongoing support. We review progress together as we go.
